Kangyuan-ZJU Functional Foods and Ingredients Research Center

In 2005, the Kangyuan-ZJU Functional Foods and Ingredients Research Center was jointly established with the College of Bioengineering and Food Science at Zhejiang University. Leveraging the talent and resources of the Department of Food Science and Nutrition at Zhejiang University, the center has assembled a high-level, professional research team consisting of professors, associate professors, senior engineers, doctoral, and master’s students.

■The research center was recognized as a High-Tech Research and Development Center in Hangzhou in 2013.
